PaymentGoods will not be despatched until full payment (including delivery charge where applicable) has been received. You can pay by bank transfer direct to my account and I will gladly pass on my details on request, a cheque made payable to myself ‘Paul Farrell’ or by using PayPal. Simply provide me with your preferred email address and I will send you an email and link in return, requesting the payment in full. You can even make a payment without owning a PayPal account. Where applicable prices include VAT at 15% and Royal Mail Standard Parcel delivery within the UK. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. DeliveryStandard delivery If your item is in stock, I will aim to send most items within 2 to 3 working days from placement of your order between Monday and Friday, however you should allow longer during busy postal periods and International orders. Depending how much it weighs, your order will be sent by Royal Mail second class, or standard parcel, or by courier. There is no next day delivery service and orders delivered by a courier will require a signature. Please note that some of my products have free delivery within the UK. I will do my best, but I cannot offer any guarantee a delivery date. Please consider that standard parcel deliveries can take 3 to 5 working days to arrive. Priority delivery If your item is in stock and needed sooner, I will do my best to send out your order within 1 to 2 working days. Priority delivery is guaranteed to arrive faster - your order will be sent first class or by courier, and should arrive within 48 hours of it being sent. If an order is for a gift or it is essential to receive it within a certain time frame please let me know in good time and I will give it special attention. Please expect additional cost for a non standard delivery. Please refer to my postal rates below as a good guide. Re-delivery If you know you will be out, please do provide a delivery address where packages can be received, as once orders have been returned to us a re-delivery charge of £4.95 will be incurred. Overseas orders I can deliver to Europe and to the rest of the world, simply contact me and I can work out a total cost based on your order. Again postage costs to Europe and beyond vary depend on the weight of your order and in particular cases, your destination. Delivery time also varies but should not take longer than 2 weeks from when it is despatched. ReturnsI am happy to exchange or refund any item of your order only if the goods are faulty. Please return the item for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt, in its original condition. In the event of goods arriving damaged or not as ordered, please inform me within 24 hours and I will be happy to replace them. Delivery charges on returned goods are at the customer’s expense and I recommend registered post as I will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
